UPS F.906

ON - LINE CLEANING BWTSS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The UPS F. 906 is a liquid boiler feed water treatment which incorporate the use of chelant technology for the prevention of waterside foulness in steam generating equipment. The product contains chelant and chelant/polymer/phosphate blends specially formulated to handle specific treatment need. The UPS F. 906 product incorporates the proper chelant/polymer type/phosphate ratios to handle metallic and hardness contamination, or to clean deposits from waterside surfaces while the boiler is in service.

USAGE :
The UPS F. 906 product can be mixed with other boiler treatment  but should be added to the boiler feed water line using a stainless steel injection nozzle at a point beyond the discharge of the boiler feed equipment. At solution strength and elevated temperature, chelating agents can corrode mild steel and copper alloys, so 340 stainless steel is recommended for all feed equipment. Dosage requirement and the proper formulation will be determined after a thorough survey of your feed water quality and boiler operating conditions are made by your UPS Technical Service Representative.
